This program takes the listener or practitioner of self-hypnosis to the train station where he/she can board the time-line train to the past, as well as the train to the future.  One can choose to get off at different stations & to meet up with past selves, as well as future selves.  Experiences can be viewed in new ways, through more mature & compassionate lenses.

This program gives the opportunity for the listener to experience being separate from these past or future selves, but having power to make changes & to gift those individuals.  This program is one of self-respect, self-compassion, self-forgiveness & possibility.  One has the opportunity to heal past hurts, to empower those subconscious parts of the self & to open them up to positive creative thought.
